I canceled my membership within my 3 months. My bank statements came to a negative balance and I called them to change billing arrangements and to tell them, I no longer wanted their service.

They wrote me a letter stating my cancellation. They are still charging for a service that I am not using. I want my money back that they took me for. Please help me.

Amanda,

I too was a victim of the AOL continued billing scam. They did refund to me two months worth of billing after I called the cancellations department and complained. However, just to be on the safe side - go log into your AOL account and under account info go to billing and if you edit your billing and change it to a bogus number then they can't hit your account any longer. Its worth a shot..........

Good luck to you.
