Almost a year ago, I sold to American Electrical Services and Justin McDonald $3,000.00 worth of electrical tools for his new business.  At the time of the sale, Justin said that within 3 months for the date of purchase he would pay off the tools.  I have asked Justin to pay me in payments if he could not afford to pay me in full.  Justin's excuse is always, he is waiting to get paid for a job he just completed, and as soon as he gets paid he will pay me.  This has been going on for almost a year. I have also asked him to return these tools if can't afford them.

I have contacted the Contractors State License Board to report him, I will take him to Small Claims Court. 

I heard from a former employee, that he quit working for Justin because Justin had not paid him and others their salary.
