American Express mailed me a "Regain Cardmembership" letter. "This offer is for a limited time, so you must act immediately. Our recods indicate your account is currently being collected for us by NCO Financial Systems Inc. In order to recieve this offer, please call them at 800-829-6136 to arrange for payment of your account and have the pre-qualified Optima Card application sent to you. The faster you repond, the sooner you can begin to use and enjoy your Optima Card. "This communication is an attempt to collect a debt."
What idoits!!! If I owe you money why would you give me credit. I went on-line and American Express have me with a credit balance of $3,315.00
I would not recommend American Express to my worst enemy! What in the heck is the NCO Financial Systems Inc. maybe they need training in Financial Systems or a "Class Action Lawsuit".
