I moved to Denver Co in Feb of 2010.  I attempted to cancel my membership with American Family on March 12th.  I faxed my lic to them and never heard back.  Then in April I received a bill and I attempted to fax it again and never heard back.  I again never heard anything back.  I then again received a bill in May.  I then faxed it in 8 times and email/ snail mailed it.  The kept charging me for the membership even though they knew I was attempting to cancel.  I called them to get them to be honest and show integrity and they said they would not.  I asked them why if they made any effort to call me would I have not delt with them to resolve it.  They would not answer.  They are a dishonest company that just wants to try to squeek out every dime they can.  If I have a client fax me something and I can't read it I call them, I then fax back to the same number if I can't reach them by phone they made no effort.  I then asked for a supervisor to call me I was told it takes 48 business hours to get a call back.  99 business hours later I still had not received a call.  I called in again and Sharon was smug, rude, and condisending.  She told me it was my fault.  I said what logical reason would keep me from trying to resolve the matter if I had been made aware it was a problem?  If they had told me the fax was unreadable I would have sent it again.  This went on for months.  She hung up on me twice and then I called in from a different line and Jay put me on hold and he and she spoke about me before he came on and stonewalled me.
