I am a mother of 5 and fell on bad luck when I got behind two month in my mortgage. AHP American Home Preservationist answered the call to help. I was fed up with the mortgage company Seterus and wanted a third party that I though could protect my intrest. AHP assured me that if I made the made the 1747.09 for a trial of 3 months or a flat fee 5241.27. Then the 3 month trial period turned into 6 months. After I refused to keep paying them because my mortgage company was moving forward with foreclosure, they stopped answering calls, emails and basically disappeared. I kept getting transferred from person to person.

The list goes on. The company has a lot of turn over. Who you are working with changes multiple times. Expect weeks for a returned call unless its about sending a payment. Which they require in a money order. Bottom line, I lost my home and over 10,000 dollars behind this company.

Amir reza khoshnevis is the leader and the brain behind your loss, you can look him up as this idiot is trying to actually be involved in real estate while he is ripping people off. This mastermind here thinks that because his name is not on the business that he will not be held liable which is not exactly how things work. Sorry for your loss here is the way to look this person up, as you see he has a mailbox setup in the same location where you have been victimized.
