American public university system known as APU, APUS or AMU They keep your money; They are a fake; A ripoff; don't go to this school. They are rippinf off the Government charlestown, West Virginia

American public university system are ripping people off by letting you enroll in school and get through class in your 7th week and request you send in documents to a department call securerecord@apus.edu and when you send in the documents they say didn't recieve them.

Once you try to contact the school on their phone line it takes you to a voice mail that always say, " we are experiencing a high call, leave a message and someone will contact you later". You can call this school at midnight and it will say the same thing.

The only way to contact any one is through chat and they will tell you it limited information they can see and for you to email that department. Well I contacted the attorney general in charlestown and they are looking for people to file their complait so they can see what is going on.

When they say they didn't get the documents, you don't get your refund but they get their money for you attending school. They say they are sending the omney back to pell grant or the loan department but they don't they keep it all and you are left with a student loan bill.

Please help shut this school down they are ripping the american citizens off and disgracing the american name and branding education with a bad meaning. Shut them down.
