American Taxi Dispatch Overcharging, over served patrons!!! Mount Prospect Illinois

DO NOT CALL AMERICAN TAXI DISPATCH!!!

I believe there taking advantage of over served patrons by overcharging cab fare for rides. I was picked up at 1227 N Rand Road The House of Music Bar in Arlington Heights and taken home in Park Ridge about 7 miles away. I called dispatch and inquired on how much a ride would be. They informed me it would be $18-21 dollars max $27 in severe weather. I was billed $45. The meter was never turned on and the driver requested cash. I told him I didn't have cash so he billed my credit card $45 dollars. I tried to call, I was told I was being transferred and was hung up on. I called back and got a recording.
