We had Americas Choice Overhead Door Co install a new garage door five months ago, with a new opener.  Complete job was $1500.  Tonight, Dec 13 2012, I came home opened door, pulled my car in and the door would not shut with the wall opener.  I called at 7:10 to the 24 hour service line on on the sticker on my door, a disinterested man who identified himself as Allen as if I expected someone to come out tonight.  I said yes, our door will not shut, the home is not secured.  He said he would get ahold of a technician and call mne back in 10 minutes.  He never called back, at 7:30 I called another number that is on my receipt, 1-866-583-6677 because the other number was rolling to an voicemail box now.  A man picked up the 866 number, he sounded groggy, not sure if it may be the same guy.  He said he was waiting for one of his technicians to call him.  He said a technician named David would call me.  No call came. At 8:15 I called the 866 number back, no answer.  I looked online and got another number and a lady named Michelle McDaniels said she was just the answering service becuase they shut the phones off at 8:00 She said she would put in a call to someone to get me some help.  I called her back again at 8:30 since I had heard nothing from "Alan' or "David"  She said she had left a message, and that her office managers name is Michael Doron, she didn't know the other men. 

At 8:45 I received a call from a very very rude David, who said he would not come out tonight, unless I wanted him to come at midnight.  He said something must of hit the door, it wouldn't just come out of the track.  I said it did come off the track from the top and was stuck open, it was poor workmanship or not properly balanced.  He was so rude I put my husband on, he still refused to come to fix the door, he said he would come at 8:00 tomorrow.  We told him we would have another company come out and that we feel very ripped off and wish we would have used another company.  Their warranty claims and service are very very overstated, they are rude and unresponsive.  They take your money and run.  We called Pxxxxxx (((REDACTED))) Door.
