I have been taking my cars to this place since 2005! I never suspected i was being ripped off or taken advantage of. Everyone was usually nice so i suspected nothing. I had my 2001 Acura CL towed in because it would not crank. They manager called me and said it was going to cost $609 to replace the fule pump in the car this sounded extremely high to me. I called Nally Acura and asked them for a quote on the same service, they quoted $498 for the same exact job. They use genuine Acura parts and give you a free loaner car while your car is in the shop. I later found out that Americas Service Station is using aftermarket non Acura parts. What a rip-off. Dont waste your money at this place they will rip you off every time

The dealer charges less and is offering a rental car. That makes it a better deal but that doesn't make the other deal a rip off. It's a rip off if a merchant does not supply goods or services as agreed at the agreed price. You complaint does not meet those criteria.
