Dear Ed Selkow, President of Janitorial Growth Solutions,

Thank you so much for your endless rants about my "Business and Personal Life."  Any sane person can not only see that you are a disgruntled employee but you have serious anger issues that need to be addressed.   Ed Selkow, you know why your time at our cleaning business was only a brief time.  Ed Selkow you know why we parted ways and in fact you did not close any accounts.   Ed Selkow, you call me all these vicious names but I love the term Narcissist the best.  If you read your rantings, you talk about how you could really make my company better if I followed your direction, listened to you and let you run my company.  Ed Selkow, if you are so successful, why do I have the 20 year old successful company and you were working for me earning a sales reps starting salary?  I even had to loan you a car for free! If you have such a successful company now why does your email end in gmail.com?  Most companies have at least their own website.

The great deal Ed Selkow is talking about was cleaning a chain store.  This fantastic deal Ed Selkow claims he put together was cleaning floors for about $60 a store.  What Ed Selkow does not tell you is that he tried for us to clean a bunch of these stores in different states up to three hours away for $60.00.  Now it doesn't take a genius to realize that an Employee to drive three hours up and back is at least $60.00. Not including time to clean the store, gas, wear and tear on the truck, insurance and taxes... Wow  no deal Ed Selkow.  Then he asked for crazy amount of $7,000.00 dollar commission before his delusional deal is even put in place!  Which had we taken the deal, the commission would of been more like $1,200.00 dollars.

We also have documented that Ed Selkow was just not selling this deal to me but SEVERAL other companies.  We had calls from other companies where I am friends with the owners, Mpls. is a small town, and know a lot of the other cleaning company owners and operators. 

So as you can see, this is just the rantings of a disgruntled employee.  Ed Selkow is the only disgruntled employee in the 20 year history of our company.   I think that's a huge plus!!!

Finally, thank you Ed Selkow, President of Janitorial Growth Solutions, with a gmail email for his company....  Your negative rantings has probably turned into my best marketing tool.  People/companies that see your rantings call me up and say you have all this positive feed back except for this guy... What's up with him?  I always take them to lunch, laugh about it and write the deal.. So Ed Selkow, President of Janitorial Growth Solutions, thanks for being one of my best marketing tools.

If you want to do business with Ed Selkow... is this how you want to be treated???

On a last note.... I dont think Ed Selkow is a terrible guy.... Everyone can have a low spot in their life and I don't know... When Ed Selkow worked for me that very brief time... it might of been it for him.   I wish Ed Selkow the best...

I am not the only sales person he ripped off. He ripped someone else off in his failed mortgage business. All that nonsense about him being a spiritual giant and such a great guy could only have been written by Barnheiser himself under another email address. 

He really does think of himself as some brilliant talented gift to this planet. 

His constant references to sexual matters is no secret in his office either. So the above was definitely penned by Rob to cover his tracks. 

He agreed to pay me and he refused. This guy is really bad news. Let's see what drivel he comes back with under another name here on the board. 

Wow. I am blown away by this report. You throw around words like "narcissist" and "psychopath" advancing a personal vendetta under the guise of bad business, or perhaps more appropiately being ripped off. Based on the slew of insults and slanderous undercuttings into Mr. Barnheiser's personal life, it appears that you're more interested in the man than he is himself, what happened did he turn down your sexual advances or something? What type of man goes on the internet insinuating that his ex boss is a homosexual with a "male friend" who has a "key to the office?" You know, homophobia is a telltale sign of latent homosexuality. Which is neither here nor there, but how do you honestly expect anyone to take you seriously when you're calling a man a narcissist while simeltaneously purporting the idea that you were going to be the salesman to turn his pitiful operation into a real business? That right there sounds like the logic of a true psychopath. If you had a legitiment complaint and you were pissed off about, that would be completely understandable, but you cross the line with all of the hate fueled speculations surrounding Rob's personal life, not only that, but you lose all of your credibility. Your report isn't about getting ripped off, it's about bashing Rob, and that's pathetic. Get a life.

For anyone else who stumbles upon this I hope its clear to see that this report is nothing more than the rantings and ravings of a guy pissed off about being fired. It is hurtful for me to see someone bashing Mr. Barnheiser like this because I know he and his family personally, and the picture of Rob this guy is painting is utterly false. Rob has a big family and he busts his a*s on a daily basis to make sure everyone is provided for. His kindness and generosity isn't limited to his relatives either, he opened up his home to me, fed me, and gave me work to do in a time of deep struggle. I've seen him help others as well. And I know that Rob doesn't help people out to get credit for it later, or to have it posted on the internet about what a great guy he is, he does it because he cares and as a man of spiritual principle he sees helping others as an obligation he has to himself. I just don't want people to read this guy's report and think Rob is some type of self-glorifying, narcissistic, A-hole, I mean, sure, sometimes as anyone else, displays those qualities but they do not define him, not by a longshot. Rob is a good-hearted guy with a strong work ethic and desire to help other people, that's how I define him, and those qualities are reflected in the way he runs his honest business for the last SEVENTEEN YEARS!. I have seen this firsthand.
