WARNING:   if you are injured on the job and your employer is insured thru amerisure please be advised they will do everything in there power to insure you dont get payed they work hand in hand with your employer to ensure you get the wrong end of the stick.  they specilize in steping on your neck while your injured they wont pay and if they do its like pulling theeth to get every single check, there female agents are nice but for one reason and one reason alone and thats to juice you for info to help your employer find a way to get you no finacial help and the agents help your employer find loop holes in the law to get you fired.  IF you find out your workers comp is thru AMERISURE get an attorney immidatly dont think about it just do it otherwise you will only get a week or 2 paycheck then amerisure will leave you stranded, i even have a doctor saying i can work full time the insurance company amerisure THEY DONT CARE they specilize in destroying people that are already hurt   get an attorney "fast" you will need one if you have to deal with these crooks and con artist.
