i was taken for $200k from the group above in the header back in feb 2015...i was told and shown all the docs for fuel on the water in vessels, and all we needed was to secure the tanks and it would be a rollover contract for multiple years...
if the fuel was not in the tank for 72 hours, i was to get my $200k back, which was sent to R.Brian Miller a trust attorney for Doug Andrews in CA, so i felt safe....bottom line... i was a fool...
these guys are a great scam team... stay away...they cant get fuel or anthing close to it...it will be a big waste of time and big let down....never got a dime back and just wanted to try and keep this from happening to anyone else...they are all over the world from Ca To Austrailia to Washington, DC so be careful...
