I was contact by this company as a collection agency trying to collect $159 owed to my Dr. I authrized a one time withdrawl of the $159. They attempted to with draw $2159 from my account twice luckily I did not have enough in my account to cover it. I contacted Chuck Dunn and told him I wanted the bank fees refunded to me. He promised he would "send a check right out". After four monthes of excuses I threatened to contact the authorities and he told me he would overnight the funds to me. I started to reserch the company and found out that they have 51 complaints with the better business bureau all with no response. I have contacted the authories in brentwood Tn. The captian was very interested in this case. I also Found a # on the BBB website it is #(770) 242-9191 After researching the company I have found several different business names at the same # and address. And they refuse to give a physical address.
