I cannot stress the importance of BEWARE of the company, AMS Financial Solutions, INC. a company in which my husband applied to for a pool loan.  They are very misleading and deceptive.  Their initial correspondance and advertisement to get you to apply for a loan is extremely misleading.

They put this phrase on their initial paper work:  "*THE FEE IS ONLY DUE IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR FUNDS...."

If you accept the loan then I suppose you get your money BUT they charge a fee based on the amount you are wanting to borrow.  This was the only company that we applied to that does this.  We declined the loan offer, but because we didn't decline in writing within 5 days, they say we owe them $1700 for services rendered.  We did decline the offer via email....isn't that in writing?

When you read the fine print of the loan terms once they respond and approve your loan, if you do not reply within 5 days, yay or nay, you will be charged a very large fee.  They claim they will turn you over to collection agencies and report you to the credit bureau.  This is ridiculous, because we did not accept their loan offer  (that they were going to add a $1700 fee to) and we responded via email that we were declining their loan.  I would say they are LOAN SHARK.
