Anderson Classic Cars / Classic Used Cars is a fake autosales company and is spoofing a legitimate business Anderson South Carolina

This company "Classic Used Cars" or "Anderson Classic Cars" is a fraud. The legitimate company, Used Classic Cars in Anderson is owned and operated by a local resident. Classic Used Cars tries to place ads on cars seen on the internet and lists them at unrealistically low prices (e.g. a 1965 corvette for $16000 or a 1956 porche 356 for $26000) and then tries to get consumers to pay a deposit, usually around 10%. 

All communication is done through e-mail and if you visit the physical address, you will find the legitimate owner selling only the cars on his lot at prices you would expect for fine antique vehicles. The fake business "sells" their cars on classic auto trader and craigslist and will make many excuses for why the prices are so low. They will not allow you to see or inspect the car without a deposit. 

My husband reported this "business" to the Internet Crimes Complaint Center (ic3.gov), and you should too! We need to stop scam artists like this.
