Andrew Kelly Deadbeat Tenant didn't pay bills, ordered porn without permission from the biller, and abandoned us, ran out on the lease Watertown Massachusetts

Note the information I entered is not where he lives now (we don't know where he is living) since it doesn't give me a choice not to put something. He used to live at the above address in watertown he doesn't now.

Anyway, the named individual is a tall, lanky person with black curly hair (at least that's what he had when he lived with us) and a bad tempered deadbeat tenant.

So, last April I moved into our apartment in Watertown. He seemed to be ok at first, he helped me move in my stuff. However, he is a very bad tempered person who will get mad at little things, such as not putting a new roll of toilet paper on the holder and is a clean freak

We put up with his yelling and screaming over video games in his room at 12-1AM every night (although we did knock on his door, to which he would either ignore us, one time he swore at my room mate for him asking him to keep it down) , until we told him that the neighbors almost called the police, to which he responded that it was ridiculous since the neighbors partied until late at night (they thought he was being assaulted)

One time I received a visit from his former landlord with a letter I don't know what that was about, I'd guess he hadn't paid him some money. He worked various temp jobs and would get very behind on his bills. One time I took about 3 months to pay his accumulated bills. And we would get bills for his porn he would order which he would also not pay for.

And, for the grand finale back in December of last year, he totally ran out on us and the lease, (of which he had 3 months left of rent until April to pay) leaving the tv in his room on and the door locked, and leaving us to pay the rest of the rent and more bills he was behind on (luckily we found a new room mate quickly) we had to call the landlord to open it. And, to add insult to injury after he abandoned us we found he had ordered MORE porn and set a password to lock us out.

Yes, moral of the story, do a credit and background check, it's too late for us, but don't get ripped off by this deadbeat. And the landlord is still looking for him, if you have any information you can Contact Spiros Stravapolous at 617-738-5866
