Richard Duluca, poising as Fisher and Brock Real Estate, solicited me over the phone about selling my timeshare in Mexico. In conjuction with an Liberty United Escrow Co, ( Andrew MIller). I wired funds into Mexico to transfer title to them. It dragged on for a few months, but they always had a reason, Mexico being hard to deal with, etc... After sending the last of the funds, their phone #'s are disconnected and the web sites I checked on to no longer exist. DO NOT work with these individuals.
They were very convincing and everything checked out in the beginning. I even priced out my timeshare to figure its worth. They have completely disappeared! And I have learned a tough lesson.

I listed my timeshare with them two years ago and still have not sold my Royal Elite Timeshare despite lowering the cost. I was told my property was the 2nd lowest and still nothing. I checked my ad # on the website and nothing would come up. I called and a customer service agent stated that my ad was temporarily down. So my ad is not online? This company is a rip-off because they refuse to refund my money. If you are unable to sell my property or even have the ad running 24/7, then give me back my money!
