First Century Mortgage First starts by offering Leads, they add a Realtor's name so it appear's like a colegue asking to give you lead with the 10% co-broker. Then a very friendly person answers the phone, once you ask for the REaltor Angela Heinz, they know exactly what you are asking for, so far it appears everything normal, Once you agree and fax a check, they cash it right away. They then fax you two leads right away, normally they are not good, but they are just buying time. then they tell you you are getting a log in password. it take 7 days, the reason they do this is so you dont dispute the check right away. after that, you get an email, given you an aproval code, which it looks good so far. after the 10th day, you log in and there is 2 leads waiting for you.. then you start making the "lead calls",which remember this company promise a 10-03 sign and pre- aprove.. but when you call the cust. they dont know who you are, and what the hell you are talking about. that is atleast 11 day.. that's when the company becomes bogus.. then guess what,? the website is gone.. no good any more is down.. and you are down 485.00bucks. and by now you are a victim. they dont answer the phones or emails or nothing. I hope i was able to stop you from making a mistake, and if anybody else is outhere please reported.
