Cindy Kearney a.k.a. Ann Tanner has scammed dog breeders across the globe for years and years! There is so much we have yet to learn but we are getting emails and phone calls everyday. We have an active private investigator on her case already.
She has many names she uses and many websites she uses. Her basic scam is always the same. She just gets braver and braver as she successfully cheats dog breeders out of puppies and/or money. I hope she saved all that money because lawyers are expensive these days!

These people who spend all their time writing all of this, have failed to get accurate information. These people who sign their name "Dog Breeders" ??? They do not want to identify themselves for good reason.
Cindy Kearney was scammed by Sandy Wills, Morning Star Chihuahuas, Texas and another breeder in Des Moines, IA, called Teddybear (something ?). They both took a large sum of money from Cindy and she never got what she paid for. I do know that the lawsuit against Sandy was put "on hold" for the time being. It was never thrown out of court, because it never has gone to court yet.
I believe these two people are the ones instigating this useless information.

My RipOff Report is another complaint that is fake, unverified, made up by competitors, in an effort to make me look bad. If you notice, these people are other breeders, saying I ripped off breeders (not even named), NOT CONSUMERS ! No breeder or consumer has ever been ripped of by me. There is misinformation all through these reports.
I always conduct business with the utmost integrity, honesty and commitment. I can provide a long list of clients and breeders alike, who will give me a great referral.
It is very sad that in difficult times like this, other breeders bash my success, worrying why they are not selling dogs and I am. These people are nothing more than gossips and wanna-bes. I am far too busy to worry about what someone else is doing.
