Anonymizer Inc. Provided software Anonymizer Universal that constantly failed, could not be initiated, gave hundreds of errors -never functioned as promoted/sold. San Diego, California

Anonymizer Universal software cost about $80 per year.  I tried through the year to get the software to work as provided/sold.  It constantly gave me errors and would not initiate or would stop functioning while I was connected online.  I sent the errors to Anonymizer Customer Service several times as I was trying in GOOD FAITH to get it to work.  The company simply told me to reinstall and configure the antivirus settings.  I did that.  I followed all their directions.  They never got the software to work without repeatedly shutting down or failing to initiate every day.  EVERY DAY I lost hours of time trying to get the software to function.  It never did work as it was supposed to and the provider never put forth the action to resolve the problem.  It never worked and always shut down without reason or consistence.  I sent the errors and occurrences to the company several times, but they failed to put forth effort to fix it.  They just told me it was my problem.  Not Acceptable.
