Anoox Dave Majors they have kept my credit card details informations and keep debiting when not authorized Charleston SC

My emails to Anoox : 

I am disgusted I have closed my account a long time ago, I was wrongly charged $48 and now you just debited $44. How dare you ? How can you claim that you are advertising my website when in fact it has been closed a few months ago. I demand that you reverse the charges and confirm by email that you did so. When I try to check if there is still a credit card on file that you may have abused, A message comes up that I am no longer a member since the date you emailed me last and if I want to be a member again, I would have to register. How dare you ? Refund this amount immediately and do not tell me it was done, like I see a lot of complaints online that your ex customers’ credit cards have been used without consent and that they have no way of contacting you. I will present myself to my bank and demand a charge back. Your organization is not a charity organization but it is fraudulent. Please respond and act accordingly.

This charge was for Advertising you have with us.  Please keep in mind, our Advertising system is entirely Self-managed. 

And this is one of the ways that we deliver Advertising rates to you  that are at least 50% less than what Big Wall Street search engine 

like Google, etc. charge you. This means it is entirely within your  control to manage/edit/cancel/etc. your Ads or your Advertising account.

So if you would like to cancel your Advertising, then please log into  your Advertising account, and then:

1- Hold your mouse over  "Manage My Account" and Click on "Account Preferences"

2- Click on "Change" button in front of the "Auto Refill Status" 3- Click on "Submit Change", to change from Auto Refill On to Off

4- Confirm that you want to take this action  

Note: if your Advertising account balance is below Zero this will  instantly close your Advertising account, if above Zero then this will 

close your Advertising account when balance hits Zero.
