Company strategy and business model is selling franchises of recruitment services and resell the network or geographical parts of it. However, the brand value is unknown in the employers market and if known it´s even worse, rock botton. The service to franchisers is zero (except trainign options), the investment in corporate development is zero so is the contribution to a franchise business. Vice versa, own offices take over accounts. The initial promise of "25 % shared business from within a network" is a pure lie. Some people survive, but this is not because of the Antal network, it´s despite of it.

Real network service is available from prestigous recruitment agencies and decent executive search firms on pure commission base without franchise lump sum.

Put fees and franchisor´s contribution in comparison with market status and options, it´s a clear rip off, backed up by many fellow victims.
