 When you call for purchase of a catalog item they "offer" you a promotional that is not stating in any way that you are signing up for an AUTOMATIC monthly club for $24.99 on your card. NO money is EVER stated and they are VERY CAREFUL not to sound like you are obligated in any way. They send you these 2 magazines every month and you think they are junk-mail because they look like any other catalog full of things for sale. You do not think you are being charged for a monthly because you ordered an item from them. After several months of paying, you call and they said you signed up for a club membership that has been billed to you every month. AS IF I ever would pay $24.99 per month for two magazines that were mostly selling things! This is a sneaky way to rip-off a customer and I resent the underhanded way it was applied to me even though they said they would credit my card. I went on line and sure enough, many others were EXACTLY in the same boat. Coincidence? I think not. I will NO LONGER trust them nor be their customer.
