Anthony's Beehive Took Money but NO Product with NO Explanation after Repeated Attempts to Contact Lawrence, Kansas

I placed a substantial order with this company owned by Tony Schwager on 4/25/11. I received a receipt with the details of my purchase but no shipping information. My payment was processed and withdrawn from my account within 48 hours.

After two weeks with no communication from the vendor in regards to shipment, I sent an email requesting an estimated ship date as I need the product by the 1st of June. I received NO reply to that email. I attempted to call the number listed on the website and was informed by the phone carrier that the number was changed or disconnected.

I sent repeated emails with no response and called two additional numbers for Mr. Schwager which I located on the internet, again, with no response. It is now5-20-11 and I have not received the products I purchased or ANY attempt at communication from Mr. Schwager or Anthony's Beehive.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service this company has exhibited. My concerns have not been addressed and I have not received any attempt to reconcile this situation depsite my repeated attempts to initiate communication.
