Anzo's Heating & Cooling LLC TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER FINISH THE JOB Ford NJ

This company is horrible, they were hire to install 2 central heating/AC units at my 2 family house. The number one mistake I made was giving half the payment up front. In the first 3 week (6 total days of work) they only manage to set up the duct work incorrectly in the basement (they were going to use flex duct for 80% of their duct work, no inspector would past that) they never finish the 1 st floor apartment and couldn't even get started on the second-floor apartment. They had 2 helpers coming in every 3 days that smoked weed half the time in the van outside and moving slow cutting corner most of the time.

They would come in for 3-4 hours if lucky and during those 3 weeks this company has cause my water meter to leak, my pipe to freeze, gas leak while they try to connect the HVAC unit, my basement to flood and more. I was constantly contacting the owner and he kept making false promises and never deliver. I lost or should i say got scam $4600 and did I mention i purchase the units from my pocket and they only needed to install the ductwork. Anyways I hire another guy that got the job done in 5 days, I really hope this review would help others to NEVER give any money upfront and always have a contract, my lost would be your gain of knowledge from this horrible company. In the pictures you will see the vent pipe having no angle flow, their flex duct materials, the ductwork not connected and the damage they cause on one of the units by trying to install some ductwork and leak water meter they had cause by not having any heat for 3 weeks.
