Apex Home Health. False Alogations made via Terri H. and then called Children and Famlies on us and North side Director standing up for her Jacksonville, Florida

We called upon the Apex company  and received  Nurse
Terri Heiloren. Terrri Heiloren came out to my location
and once we were seated to discus my case she had
absolutely no idea why she was out at my location to
see me.  I had answered her direct questions with a my
direct answers regarding my health and some of the
causes.  Terri Heiloren did not like my answer.


After  I answered  the direct Heath questions that were
directly asked me from Terri Heiloren, Terri H.  became rude,
disrespectful and totally unprofessional. This is when I turned
and left from her and I left her sitting outside at the table. When
the I called and explained the situation to this so called manager ",
now leared from an employee of a different location of the same
company, this informant  said that Terri Heiloren's Norside director's
name is Michele Bennett. Michele Bennett's last name may
have changed since this informant stated that she was supposed to
get married.

When I spoke with this so called "manager"  regarding  this nurse
named Terri Heiloren, I requested a different nurse. This so called
"manager" said no. I was informed  that Terri Heilon has made many
false accusations regarding me. I explained everything that took place
and asked this so called "manager"  for another nurse to come
out. This so called "manager" said no.

 I informed her that since  this company appears to believe in un-truthful
employees and the manager would rather have theses types of employees,
then she and her other employees  like them should enter into a completely
different line of work. We that are sick and or disabled need care
from honest  caring people and respectful  people to assist   us. I tried to

Now its is two to three days latter and I am visited via Children And Families

both of questions us both together and apart. This date as on 11/15/2011-Friday.

We had to make a call to the police and the police-man that cam out and too
our report. However, this has not stopped these mentally disturbed acting people
 by the  names of   Michele Bennett at 904-924-1374  and Terri Heilon  at
