First you will be called in for an interview and asked to wear professional attire-no jeans please. When you arrive you will be interviewed by Dave or Sydney (his girlfriend), oh yes, his girlfriend. I'll get more into that later. When you are interviewed he will mention his military life, which is a joke and he'll probably point to a ridiculous,fisher Price, Black Hawk Helicopter he claims he flew in. He will then tell you that he Markets a wax product for Nascar and windshield Repair for Chipio. DO NOT be gullible, they are not sponsored by Nascar. Their wax is not used on Nascar vehicles. They pay to have their product advertised by Nascar just like every other product you see on the cars. He may also say they're requested by Nascar every year to come down and be a part of Talladega or other major races. Not true. They pay a hefty price to be at the Nascar Hall of Fame and the races to set up shop and sell wax there. He also feeds off military bases for windshield repair and wax sales. Why? Because he knows almost all military personnel have full coverage insurance and plenty extra money, so no cost repairs are easier to come by and less qualifying is needed to insure free repairs. I know, I know, you have been instructed to say "At No Cost to You."

Let's get back to the interview stage. You will be asked to go on a "Day of Observation" to witness what they do first hand. You are supposed to witness overly energetic, positive attitudes in order to coerce you to join the pyramid process. Notice I said process, not scheme. They like to attack words like scheme and dissolve them. He will tell you that his business is building so quickly that he needs more employee's to cover the quick growth in the company. They will also tell you that they intend to have you running your own business in a year or less. They will tell you they are looking for a manager, a leader, a developer of talent, et cetra. This is true but, there is caveat (warning) attached to this that you will not discover until you're well into the program and too broke and exhausted to get out. They will try to convince you that the hours you work are limited, playful. If you haven't already, you're probably going to find that showing up an hour or two before you go out to the field and the hour or two spent training, going over you day and filing papers afterwards, are wearing you thin.

When you decide to join in you will be told not to be seen by potential employee's siting in the lobby, waiting to be interviewed. They enforce this because if you saw people walking around in a cheap uniform shirt displaying Chipio on it you probably wouldn't have gone through with accepting the offer to work there either. Some of the people there look worn down and careless of there esthetics; rightfully so. They have probably worked an avg. of 60 hrs. a week and are living paycheck-to-paycheck. The pay is strictly performance based. What does that mean? If don't sell any cans of wax or fix any windshields you make $0.00 dollars. Exciting huh? You will also be taught the "Law of Averages" which in this industry means work your a** off and hope you convince some sucker to buy, like they convinced you to buy into Apple Unlimited Inc. Moreover, those extra few hours before and after shift you spend training, you will be required to stand up with a training manual and note pad in hand while a "leader" trains you on specific techniques to fool the general public, all of which will go in one ear and out the other because all you can think about is how to pay the overdue bills you have as a result of working there. Dave will will finally show his face every morning after he has conducted his interviews and will try to pump you up with a motivational speech he reads aloud. Screaming and shining stars, aka. embarrassing hazing, are welcomed there.

Now for the subject of opening up your own company within the Chipio or Wax division umbrella. Yes, you can name the business whatever name you want. But make no mistake, you do not own it. They can remove you at anytime for many reasons, most often due to lack of performance. Does it sound like you own anything now? They also take part of your ownership income, without any control of your own, and put aside a certain amount so that you can then open up stores for the "leaders" you have trained beneath you. Does it sound like you own anything again? If you don't believe me, get far enough into the program to attend the "Keys to Success" meeting in Dallas,TX. They will also train you to frighten people into thinking that a small, tip of a pen size, chip in their windshield can crack at any moment and it is vital they let you repair it in 15 minutes or less "At no Cost to You". They will also tell you that there is a strict no dating policy between employee's, unless of course you are Dave apple and Sydney Livingston. Sydney just rides his coat tails. She stinks at this business. Can't blame her though, she's so brain washed by him and dependent on him that she can see no other way to live. Check public records on Dave Apple as well. His license has been suspended for lack of child support. Dave will also try to empathize with your concerns about caring for your children due to all the hours but, he never actually see's his children. He lost custody of them and didn't pay child support for years. They don't live with him so how would he know the first d**n thing about the challenges that come with parenting. See a red flag yet? All the gas spent to travel to these "events" is money out of your pocket. Oh wait, that's not completely true. If, and only if, you set "Pace" (selling at least 20 cans of wax or repairing at least 5 windshields in that day) and and bring him a receipt, will he reimburse you 5-15 dollars for gas. Yippee!!! Why the receipt? Because he claims it on his taxes as his expense, not yours. Good luck trying to claim it on your taxes, which you can't now, because he has your gas receipt. So, really he just took money out of your pocket as it pertains to a tax credit that you're entitled to.

Run away now! BUT YOU CAN'T. You work to many hours a day to possibly go on another interview, let alone, research available job openings. And God forbid you take a day off because then you will have start from the beginning in program. Decisions, Decisions, right?

let me conclude by complimenting you on the decision to research this company before your decide. If you are reading this or being read this by Dave Apple after your hired, get out now. If Dave apple is reading this to you, then he has probably told you that he is doing this in effort to bring this to your attention because he wants to address what I said in sarcastic light but, the truth be told, he's pissed that this report is filed. He is also probably going to tell he knows who I am and that I am a disgruntled employee and that's why I am doing this. But I have not worked for him in years. I'm doing this because its only fair to you. You see, once a report like this filed it generates popularity within the google search engine and once you type appleunlimited.net in it, this will more than likely will be the first thing that comes up about his company or should I say Chipio's company. I was in the same meeting you may be in right now, while he attempted to squash similar allegations against him. Does this sound familiar yet?
