This company will blantantly take your money and run.  I signed up for a $500 per month service.  Yes, I signed a contract which included fees for overages but I requested numerous times upon signing up, that my account be watched so I would not get any surprises. 

First of all the answering service charges you for calls that they can't answer and patch thru.  When they have to patch thru hours, location and appointment times, well, that's 101 of what I hired them to do.  They couldn't even get an address correct.  The service was terrible from the start.  We documented and complained.  I was told by my rep, "Don't worry about, I'll take care of you"  Once again, I stressed I don't want to get some outlandish surprise of a bill.  Once again I was told "I understand. Don't worry about it".

Much aggrevation later, I open my AMEX statement and get a $2314.07 charge.  No invoice was ever sent, no email warning, nothing.  Just a charge showed up.  I immediately called the company and they simply said, "OH, yea, and that was last month, you are already over $2800 for the next cycle."  No invoice to date.  I was appalled.  I immediately shut the terrible service off.

I have tried to contact the company, fight the charges, but, I did sign a contract for $500 plus overages.  What sort of company does this to a small business owner.  Sign up for a $500 a month contract and charge them over $5200 without any invoicing, notification or warnings. 

As a small business owner, I say CONSUMER BEWARE.  If you don't like $5000 surprises and terrible service, go elsewhere.
