Approve Auto Sales ripoff deployed a fraudulent mode of repossessing a vehicle when account was paid to date. Romeoville Illinois

A payment was made by a friend followed by a dispute between the friends. In an effort to get back at the person, the disgruntled friend called the auto lender that the check was no good, so the vehicle was taken with any verification of what was shared. It was discovered that the check was good.

The owner went back to get the auto but the company would not return the car. They claimed that once a vehicle has been repossessed it cannot be returned. Such a stance prohibited the individual from achieving the finance required to make the last payment on the car.

On top of that, a date was set to take the car and auction it. Mind you, one more payment and the car is the owners'. No car no money. The car was illegally in their possession and every attempt to solicit occupation of said vehicle was denied. There was no attempt or desire to work with her until a friend stepped in.
