APR Auto Care Toyota Car Parts,Toyota Truck Engines Warranty not worth the paper it's printed on!! Colorado Springs, Colorado

I own a shop in No. California, A customer of mine needed a reman motor for her 1995 Toyota 4 Runner 3.0 V6, Found this company on the net, APR AUTO CARE or TOYOTA TRUCK PARTS in Colorado Springs Co, They werwn't the lowest price or the highest either but seemed to have a good warranty(At the time) we went with them. Wasn't asked at the time of purchased about purchasing any additional labor warranty! not until later when I asked about the core being remburst it was brought up ! well the customer had already paid for the motor and couldn't pay for any additional warranty ! Well after doing what they wanted to break the motor in following all there instructions ! 1 year and 21,000 miles later the crankshaft lost the main thurst bearing causing the crank to walk in and out wearing out the balancer and front seal and a bad viberation. Contacted APR/Toyota Truck Engines,First thing you have only a parts warranty ?? Then they said if ANY of the heat tabs were missing there would be a problem, They wanted pics of these, So I could only get one pic of the head tabs but got both block tabs, Sent the pics to them, Well because I couldn't got the one pic of the one tab they said this could be a problem, If any of one know these can fall off if they are properly installed ! Bottom line is they will not do anything me, They said I need to eat the labor and shipping back and forth for this motor when it clearly a fault of there's with the crankshaft. I even ask for them to half of the labor,Of course there anwser was NO !!!! So Read The( FINE) Print on there Invoice,Before you sign it !!!! I wish I did, Now I have a pissed off customer and a lost that customer also, So it has cost me in the long run .
