Aqua America - Aqua Texas they don't send you a bill and then you get cut off notice on the day they cut it off Pennsylvania

We have had nothing but issues with this company. To start the previous people had a jacked up bill and they would not turn on our water even though we proved we just moved in. It took two weeks to get water, we had to have a lawyer call and every thing. Now we have been customers just a little over a year and have had nothing but bad customer service since. Once when my husband was laid off we tried to call and make a payment arrangement and they said and I quote we don't allow payments for people in Texas. Then just the other day I get the mail and saw the envelope and thought well they sent my bill I will pay it tomarrow.

Well tommarow my water was off. I opened the bill and it said disconnection notice for 3 days earlier was dated march 24 but we didn't get it till march 8. So ok i pay the 150 and am told I am putting in the order to have your water restored today. Today is the 11th do i have water NO i was told if they don't get to it they will just put if off and put back on the list tomarrow. I asked for a supervisor and was told they are just an answering sevice and can't help me and hung up on me. This company has sucky service and gets away with it cause there is nothing anyone can do. You don't have a choice for water. I suggest not buying a house if Aqua America is the service provider.
