This company submitted an application without my consent or knowledge.

when I called to report the false application that qualified me for their loan they refused to speak about the matter and said "speak to our attorney" to all victoms please report them, to prevent addional victims. people like this shouldn't be allowed to knock on our door to scam us.

I was also a victim of a forged (alarm) contract that was sent to this company by an alarm dealer. They (AquaFinance) said they would not charge us anymore because we won a judgment against the alarm company (dealer) from Modesto Ca named ABC Alarm, Inc. I have asked for the cancelation in writing from the manager and so far have not received it.

I have reported this info about the dealer and Aqua Finance to the authorities including the FBI because of the Federal Disclosures, and anybody else that would listen.
