Arch Investigations, Pablo Rivera, Arch Security Cameras Took Money Never finished work, They are Unlicensed and Not Insured!!!! East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

I hired " Arch Investigations" to install Security cameras on my business, The "Owner" Pablo Rivera" stated it would take one day to complete, They were here 3 days, Never finished and then never showed back up, kept emailing lame excuses and setting up new dates to come finish and always backed out with another excuse. They would show up with ladders tied to the top of their cars, and just acted very un professional. Their initial presentation was great but when it came time to do the work they seemed not to know what to do. I had to have another company come in and fix all their wiring and basically re do everything. After researching I come to find out they are not a licensed "Investigations" Company and they dont even have the Alarm installers licenses that you need to install Security Cameras In New York. Stay away for Pablo he is a scammer and a fast talker, I have filed a small claims action against him as well as file complaints with the BBB and the NYS Division of licensing.
