This place is a lemon. The management lures you in with cheaper (than
surrounding housing) rates and you end up paying way way more than what
you get.
1. We had gangs of students drinking in the parking lots in evening.
2. Car jacking incidents with no security tandem parking
3. Unkept lawns with dog poo all over it
4. Loud parties from upstairs with no security patrol support
5. Very unresponsive management with "what can we do about it" attitude.
6. spiders all over the apartment (which you start noticing about a week after you move in)
Avoid living here at all costs. I cannot emphasis that point over. We broke our lease.
