Ardy Clavio will face trial

All started on early morning around 2 Am on 29 Of january. Arnauld ( Ardy ) Clavio , son of news anchor Arnold Clavio, Traffic incident where young Clavio hit and run facts are reveled. Drunk and allegedly under the influence of drugs Ardy Clavio hit with his Honda City Mercedes Sl 500 while he overspeed and passed the victims car. Totally damaged side mirror of the Mercedes Benz, causing damages almost one hundred thousand peso worth.

Afte hitting the victims, Urmas Ssk and Lilian Docot Mercedes Benz, Ardy Clavio accelerate his car and was hoping to get away without settling the traffic accident. The escape was stopped by Mercedes driver by blocking the road of the Clavios driven Honda and also cause second hit from the Homda to Mercedes. Clavio came out from the Honda and shout over the EDSA IM CLAVIO! I M RICH AND I WILL PAY FOR EVERYTHING!! .

Obviously drunk young Arnauld Clavio shout the sentence several time! Ardy Clavio was even such a gentleman that was calling his just meet nice companion I DONT LNOW EEN THIS GIRL, I WILL F*CK HER JUST FOR TONIGHT! What a shame for the young man to insult the girl like this! And after all Ardy Clavio insist the victims to not to involve no any Police or Traffic enforcement with the accident he cause! As Clavio had impressed victims already with hit an run tactics, was not very convincing his promises to settle everything in near future.

So the victims agreed with Clavio that he will surrender his phone at least as collateral and both sides changed their contacts with agreement to meet next day on Greenhills shopping mall to settle the damages. Next day Clavio meet the victims near Greenhills Police station, at the restaurant . Clavio came and regards victims and companions of the victims , HI I M THE ONE WHO HIT YOUR CAR LAST NIGHT ! and SORRY I WAS DRUNK AND FELT A SLEEP After clavio got his phone back to his hands , he declare to the victims that he will not pay the damages of the car he made while victims stop his car , but he is willing to settle the original damage , the side mirror which he declare that it was his fault.

The both sides agree reasonable price , 28 000 peso, for second hand part of the mercedes and Clavio promise to bring back the money within 2 hours , for a meantime sides agreed that Clavio will leave the same phone as collateral again and Clavio give the phone to Lilian Docot . The day end and Clavio did not show up , leaved his phone to hands of Lilian Docot. Next day Clavio prepare , together with his father Arnold Clavio falshified statement to police , hoping to not pay his damages and to get back his phone which he leave to the victims as collateral.

In the fraudulent complain Clavio made police to believe that he has been robbed and extorted ! Based all hi lies he succeed to convince Eastern Police District officers to set up entrapment and even arrest his victims . Soon Clavio have to visit courthouse to settle all the damages he have made to victims and also face charges from government with filing false police statement .
