Aref Jazza Rteimeh is a Pathological Liar & Scammer

Aref Rteimeh, on 6 separate occasions, attempted to purchase fuel in Houston using a fake bank letter of credit for $100m. He would fly to Houston from Los Angeles in "his" private jet, meet with a Shell refinery account holder and then pretended to be a real buyer.

His scam worked for awhile...As the unlucky refinery account holder whom he had charmed, actually believed him and spent over $2m getting his #6 fuel refined to Aref's specs.

However, every time it came to showing his funds Aref conveniently vanished & then would repeatedly tell lie after lie: "family problems in Daytona Beach, Fl"..."price is too high"..."specs are wrong" and on and on.

After a thorough investigation, we have found out what Aref was doing.

Aref was/is a skilled maintenance worker on jets at his JLM Aviation Services and learned his craft having been previously employed by Dyncorp/Dynair Services, Inc.

The jets he was using were headed for maintenance/delivery to Boca Raton & Daytona Beach, so he was able to fly into Houston like a big shot Arab international wheeler dealer. it turns out that Aref did NOT own these jets.

According to our investigation, Aref was going to use his fake, Photoshop'd, bank letter of credit to order fuel then resell it before his note was called in (and found to be fraudulent). (Similar scheme to buying houses with no money down and using other people's money....but on a MUCH grander level).

So, when the seller became more and more insistent on seeing his funds, Aref immediately vanished without a word to anyone...before any real laws were broken and realizing he would not see his daughter, Mayce, & son, Jazza for a long time as hie would be facing 10 years in federal prison.

We ask both the FAA & FBI to investigate this man. If he is capable of pulling a scam like this, then what else is capable of doing?
