I bought a car on ebay from AZ Dealer Trades. I paid cash for it. When it arrived it was a lemon. I took the fault for that, I was stupid to buy a car on ebay. After 4 1/2 months I never recieved the title for the car, despite multiple phone calls and promises from the dealership.

After the dealership could not produce the title, I was sent a letter from DMV stating that they could not locate the vehicles vin # in their system. The dealer agreed to take the vehicle back and refund my money. They would not, however pay for any of the shipping expenses.
The car was returned to the dealership, who wrote me a promissary note. I never recieved the money. They have the car and my money. $12,000 of it.
