HORRIBLE  DISHONEST  DECEITFUL Don't EVER EVER use this company. They represent that your goods will be blanketed and on an air ride truck. Instead (on my overflow) they took it back to their facility, paper wrapped my furniture and stuffed/crammed it into 5 crates as if it was going overseas and in the process broke and damaged several items.

My mirrors were jammed in with wrought iron patio furniture as if someone was angry and just shoved it in the crate to make it fit.  It came across the country to AZ NOT on a United van lines truck but by common carrier like ABF. They refused to do anything about it by saying my deductible was $1000.(which I totally understood for the full load that WAS blanketed and delivered on a United van line truck). They inspected all my broken things and gave it a repair value of $1070 less the $1000. I got a whopping check for $70. I will be taking them to arbitration to satisfy the rules however legal action will be forthcoming.

Brad M never told me about an overflow and how it could be shipped. I believe he purposely withheld that info. Sandy the CSR never said it was being crated either. The claims gal Tanya in KY was a complete joke. How in the world does she have that job?  So no one ever told me anything about the possibility of containerization (crate and freight) Yeah, might as well save yourself thousands of dollars and use PODS.
