Armstrong Transport Lori Smith Agent / hires contracted AGENTS - Fires, and refuses payment Milton FLorida

 After multiple attempts to collect my payment for services, and loads booked under an Armstrong login , Their hired agents still refuses to pay, after a money order was purposely sent to the incorrect address but returned to Lori ( their agent ) she still refuses to pay. Armstrong supports this type of employment.

They are aware of the situation and that loads were made through their company , Nobody should support Armstrong or work for one of their agents , I was hired by one of their agents as a contractor, but since Armstrong is the company that the work is done for they should back the people actually completely the work making their business successful not the agents that are stealing from people.

Luckily I have reached out to an author of a trucking magazine and they are willing to do an article to avoid this happening to anyone else if this issue is not resolved . The agents Armstrong hires want to hire contractors to book loads then refuses payment.

Since my last post , I was contacted about my pay, was told a money order was sent ,  i did not recieve any money order or payment for the work I done, i was told after the money order was returned to sender i would get a new money order sent out. Well guess what ,, the money order was returned to Lori on 09/18/2018. Yet she still refuses to  pay me . 

Armstrong has been made aware of this issue but does nothing but call her. They knowly let their agents contract people and withhold pay. The work i done was under an armstrong login and email that they provided me , but they cant stand up for their name and correct issues , After doing research they seem to let multiple agent do this. What kind of company lets the people that does the work for them be scammed by these so called agents?

  They think if they avoid it , it will go away,, but it wont, I did the work, they profited, Know the only thing I want from this is my final check and I should not have to wait over 14 weeks with financial hardship for it,  They also wanted to jump up and say slander , well its not slander when I got multiple email and text s with Lori stating that she owes me money for loads I booked through an Armstrong account .  And if they do get thier  agent to correctly pay , i will be more than happy to update saying that this company stepped up , but until then I would not recommend anyone work for them or anyone claiming to be an agent for them or anyone do any type of business for them or with them.
