Arrowhead Water Outrageous fees for two-year-old water dispenser Internet

I used this service for almost two years. The cost of the dispenser was included in the fees. It was a reasonably good dispenser, and the deliveries were punctual, but after two years, I cancelled the service. I was moving and had to put the dispenser on my front porch because they could not or would not pick it up when I asked. They claimed that the water dispenser was not there when they eventually came by. So, okay, I can accept that the responsibility was mine. However, they billed me for a NEW water dispenser. The truth is that the water dispenser was two years old, not new, and was worth as much as a two-year-old water dispenser, not a new one.
