ARS Service Express is the worst company that I have ever experienced. They were more than 18 HOURS late for my scheduled appointment and basically ruined two days of my life. The customer service at ARS "service" Express is terrible, I would say the worst in the business. I never once recieved a return call or an explanation for the terrible service or tardiness. I will never use this company again and (although this is the first time that I have ever submitted a complaint blog) I don't want anyone else to go through what I had to endure. I hope ARS Service Express goes out of business.
