Second time doing business with this company.  First time they were extremely late in paying citing cash flow issues.  We charged no late fees and waited nearly three monthes for payment.

Second time nearly three monthes for payment.  We charged $50 late fee on three invoices totaing $400.  Payment finally trickled in.  We were then notified that they would not be paying the late fee.

I am from Upstate NY and too was contacted by ARS Services LLC to do work for Patient Point.  After speaking with tha project coordinator, then doing the work, she promised payment after 45 days.  Sixty days and still no payment  So I contacted Patient Point directly.  Got an email just this morning saying the check is in  the mail.    They were upset that I actually complained to Patient Point.  We shall aee if payment comes.

ARS Services LLC has continuously avoided our advances to collect payment. Company accountant Alex Sims does not return phone calls or emails. We completed our service on time and held up our end of the agreement, all we ask is to be paid for our services completed back in September of 2017. Albuquerque New Mexico

ARS Services LLC Performed a jobs on 03/16/2015 and 04/28/2015 at a Patient Point location to the customer satisfaction. Since that time I have yet to receive payment for services performed on their behalf. Can't reach anyone there. Every number I have called goes to voice mail with no one returning my calls. I will not be doing anymore jobs for this company. Beware of them. Albuquerque New Mexico
