I was contacted by Gary Sims, President/CEO of ARS Services LLC , Albuquerque, NM, to provide diagnostic services, and ultimately repair services for two treadmills at a commercial location in my area.

The first invoice for diagnostic services was indeed paid in a fairly prompt manner.  However, the subsequent invoice for the repairs was not paid similarly.

This prompted an email from me to Gary Simms and his Accounts Payable, which was never replied to.  After a few days went by I resent the emails.  Again, after several days went by with no response I emailed them again.

After several more days I called Gary Sims directly on the provided cell phone number, and left a voice mail.  Still no response.

I have since as promised contacted the client to make them aware that no payment was made and of my failed attempts to communicate.

I am now writting this complaint and will be writting posts elsewhere, including my own website.

This company either does not pay at all, or they are extremely slow to pay. They are very poor with communcations after the work is completed.  Ironically prior to the final invoice Gary Sims communcated very well.

Payment Received

Mr. Sims is correct they did finally pay me in full, however not until this report was filed and notice of it given. They responded then!

At no time was I ever told that final payment would be held for 30 days, nor would that have been acceptable to me.

Neither Mr. Sims not his accounts payable department would repsond to numerous emails or voice mails form me.  Otherwise this could have been averted.

No one is going to report an business that communicates well and and does business properly.

He is correct in one thing however, he will not use us again for services. :-)

I have little use for these middleman companys that provide no service other than to make mone off the backs of others. These leeches are springing up like lice all over the Internet.

Paid in Full

AUTHOR: ARS - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 15, 2015

Maine Treadmill Repair was issued a check for $210, payment in full for all services provided.  The check was issued 7 days prior to the 30th day from date of receipt of their invoice.  Our terms are Net 30 from date received.  An older invoice was paid at this same time. This older invoice was being held back from being paid until the contractor completed all the work that he was contracted to do.  Once they demonstrated completion of the full job, both invoices were placed into the regular payable cycle.

I see no reason for a complaint being filed.  This contractor will not be used again by ARS Services.
