Arthur Ag Products Jerry Arthur Failed to plant grass seed, weedkiller in feed after being paid to do so; refuse to make right Ocala, Florida

I hired Jerry Arthur last spring to lime, fertilize, seed and apply weedkiller to to total of about 7 acres.  I paid him $1300 total.  I removed the horses from those fields in order for the grass to get established, and had the tenants drag in the seed as he directed after spreading it.

Two of the fields turned out moderately well; there were notably fewer weeds and somewhat more grass than previous. The third field, when I returned from working out of state in August, looked as bad a ever.  There is almost no grass and it is overrun with weeds. I called Mr. Arthur to ask if perhaps he had forgotten to do this field (it was the back field) and he was very rude. His attitute was that it was my problem. His services are not guarenteed.  $1300 is an awful lot of money and I am very disappointed that I got absolutely nothing for 1/3 of what I paid for.  Mr. Arthur refused to even come out and look at the results of his supposed service. Evidently he did absolutely nothing to that field. He probably laughed all the way to the bank.
