Ascentive Left me a voicemail that they were going to "renew" my Ascentive, that I never had! Notified me that they were taking money from my bank account. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I received a voice mail from Ascentive, saying that they were taking money from my bamk acct. to renew my

Ascentive( never heard of it before) and don't have the software on my computer. I'll called back and ordered them not to take any money from my acct., the lady I talked to was rude, and insisted I bought software from them last year and it was up for renewal. so I repeated rather loudly that I was not renewing something that I never had! Now I have to watch my bank statement to see if she doesn't RENEW something I never had!
