I used Ascentive Finally Fast programon my computer about a year ago. They could not resolve my PC issues, without using specialist and paying another $250.00. I oppt out of that option. I did get my PC issuesd resolved without paying such an outragouse price, through another avenue. However I found an unauthorized charge on my account for $29.95 on 12/03/2013 Payable to Ascentive Finaly Fast. Ascentive softwear did not resolve my PC issuses as they Guaranteed, and on top of it they take more money from my account, unauthorized I must add. What a dispicable business.
