Ash International Records Touch Records Tried to steal my identity Tampa, Florida

I am reporting a scam artist named "Michael Johnson". While he was not able to swindle me of anything I am concerned for artist/bands he may try to prey upon. He may be on to trying to steal peoples identities. After a couple of exchanges through any online medium he emails a"contract" he sends to artist he wants to sign to Ash International Records (which is a real entity but doesn't sign acts). Towards the end of the agreement which is poorly written; he states he needs the
artists/bands to submit to a background check in which it's insinuated he would need a social security number to process it. He claims to have a U.K number but called me from a Florida number: (239) 234-4377 (which is a fake number from a generated phone app)

The following messages we're received from Michael after a few exchanges with the culprit:
