Ashley Furniture Company Took my money with a written contract and did not deliver on the promise Chattanooga Tennessee

Furniture was picked out at this store a week before Christmas and was guranteed that it could be delivered the Friday before Christmas because I was having out of town guest. I was guranteed by two salespeople that this delivery could and would happen. They received my check for 1,495.00 for payment. This check was cashed in 3 days but I was only told that this delivery could not happen 2 days upon delivery date. Requested a refund, was told could not get it for 7-10 days. But my check was cashed in 3 days. Ok after 10 days now I am told 4 weeks. I was wronged for Christmas and on top of that my money is tied up for 4 weeks. If that sounds any way right to you please explain. As of 1/9/17 I have not received my money or anything HELP.
