asos.com scam: cheat on size and sell worn items!


Just now I bought a dress from asos.com on sale.  The first time, it sent me an incorrect item without the "unused condition" tag, which looks like the dress has been worn before.  So I complained and got a replacement.  I asked for a size M, specified a couple of time in the email communications and everything. The replacement comes in and I tried, found it too large to be size M.    


So I have a closer look at the dress' label, found that somebody use a pen and wrote a "M" on to cover the original size "L" statement!! And the dress also comes without the "unused condition" tag!!!!  and on the transparent plastic package, somebody also put a "M" sticker to cover the original "L" sticker!!!


As a long time customer who bought from there more than several times, I'm now very angry with asos.com!  asos.com was a reputable website recommended by many online bloggers, and I cannot believe they are selling used items and cheat on size!!  I have took pictures of evidence, feel free to contact for further information.


And they charged my account when they send me the replacement order without noticing me at first! be careful with your credit card details with this company because from what I experience with them this time, I doubt they are trustworthy!  Customer service has received my report, but failed to respond within 6 hours as they promised.
