aspire marketing I received a pop up screen and was shown to call this phone # to get all virsus removed . They said I will charged $100 to be cleaned Syndey New South Wales Syndey South Wales

on november 5 2016 I received a pop up screen that held my browser I could not move it and was frozen . It said do not closed down your computer.

I called the number listed at aspire and they told me my computar had 30 malaware /virsus . They said they needed my permission to enter my screen and i let them .they claimed to be microsft technicians .

then they said it would take $100 dollars to clean up my computar and I would guaranteed a year free of virsus ,and personal tech support thoughout the year .

Naturally I paid it since I only had a free antivirsus ADVAST ,will on 12/8 a month later that same screen came up and was told to call support -procare 

and told me that aspire not only ripped me off but did not add a malaware protection . I was assurred this companay was legal and felt comfortabel but had to pay $150.00 to remove and add software on my computar .

as you can see i am filing this greivance to let others know and to have my credit card company reinburse me I did call tht aspire phone #and a voice recording said have a nice day .
